I have the same issue but, this is a problem to report to original develope. They must fix their bugs and next release. They won't if they don't know about it.

Sngine | Issues with ALL Notification
After upgrading from 3.12 to 3.13, users (including myself) started receiving ALL notifications from the beginning until today! It's embarrassing to get more than 600 notifications in your Windows pop-up...
Well, the told me to renew my support, i am not rich yet to do this :P So i have to wait untill the new offer.
