Help Center Issue

I can see the HelpCenter in admincp, but when I try to access /helpcenter from the frontend as a user I get an error 404.  I have gone through and checked to make sure all files are where they should be and the .htaccess file has been updated, and cache cleared.

Suggetions on what I should check?

Update:  We tried going to /modules/helpcenter.php and the page comes up but /helpcenter does not.  htaccess line is in the file and a valid rule.

Resolved.  I moved it from the bottom of the htaccess to near the top after some apache performance rules and it works now!!  Very excited to start configuring the Help Center.

Ihave some sample categories and subcategories, make sure to delete or and create your own...
